[NEAC GolfLeague] Golf Quotas

Dear Fellow North-End Golfers - I humbly submit to you the quotas for this year's competition.  They are the quotas that were used last year entering the playoffs.  That's what we'll use for everyone with an established quota for this year.  New players will establish a quota, either during the pre-season/practice rounds or when they actually play (all the same rules that we've used previously).  Anyone attempting to circumvent the "system" by using any little know rules for "IRS-like" calculations will report directly to Tresurer Shalk for double secrete probation review.

Take a look at your quota and let me know if there are any questions or corrections that need to be made.
