[NEAC GolfLeague] Who is in and Who is out?

I know last year the subject of 4 points for a birdie was discussed, was that change made? I'm thinking my game must have improved over the winter.

Its that time again! Who is in and Who is out??? 

Here are the teams, with starting quotas (which 
includes the commish's x-mas gift of a -1 quota 
point... including subs! ). It has been a long winter!!

I made the  changes with both Team 5 and Team 13 
which pushed Dana onto Team 13. 

What I need to know now is the above teams accurate. 
Is everybody in? 

There has been expressed interest in adding a team 
Having an odd number teams can be a pain... but do able... 
If we were to grow having 16 teams would probably 
be best... Meaning we would need 2 teams. 

Subs- Please let me know if you still want to be on 
    the mailing list... Either way is fine with me! 

Assuming the golf coarse is open: 
     * Last two Mondays (20,27) in April will be practice rounds. 
     * League start *first Monday in May (4th)* weather permitting. 
     * Tee times: 4pm to 5pm 

If you don't have a quota, please use one of the practice rounds 
to establish one.
