[NEAC GolfLeague] Charity Bowl: Lets do it again!!!

Hello all!

The Keegan Family Foundation Charity Bowl, with portions of
the proceedings going to PAL is on again this year.

Last year we had two teams and a ton of fun!! So I would
like to put a couple more teams together.
