Topic for discussion:  Membership fees and Winnings.
Last year the end of year outing was planned and announced on pretty short
notice due to the unexpected closing of the Estabrook Grille.  Due to the
short notice some members were unable to attend the outing with their
winnings spent on the outing.  To guard against this dishonorable activity
I suggest that if membership fees are NOT OPTIONAL then dispersing the
winnings to the appropriate member be NOT OPTIONAL and be the duty of the
person responsible for receiving the membership fees.
