Well said... seems reasonable... If I understand this correctly... "the
obligation lies with the member to arrange with Dana how they want their
winnings dispersed/donated if they cannot make the end of year
outing/banquet"
I raised this issue not because it affected me but it affected at least 2
members that I know of that were unaware of what happened to their winnings
because they had a conflict with the end of year event.
