Indeed.  Rob's quota was a typo.  Ending last year he was a 12 so he begins the year as an 11.

Bob, I do think there is a typo... I'm going to assume Rob's quota is a 13
and that is with the Commish's X-mas gift of a -1. But don't fix it until
after next week... because I need a sub! ;-)
