[NEAC GolfLeague] Who is in and Who is out

I am also in as a SUB.  Not sure what the year will bring with work and
travel so I hate to have anyone depending on me.  However, most of my former
physical ailments (knee, shoulder, elbow) have had time to heal, so I want
to try them out again...
