    Welcome to Week 1 of flight 3... The new norm! 
    
    Due to popular demand... we are going to do another 5 week
      flight. But It is a "hybrid" playoff... lasting 5 weeks! 
    
    I've split the teams up into high and low total quota groups,
      similar to what I did with playoffs... 
    
    This means, for the next flight, high quotas will be playing high
      quotas and low quotas will be playing low quotas (in theory ;-) )
      But since this is a flight... quotas will go up and down... unlike
      during the playoffs. Make sure you get your cards to Bob!
    As usual the team with the most points will win 1st, 2ed and 3rd
      place.  But... winners of this flight will win more than the last
      two flights.
    
    Side note: I had 5 teams request for a late tee times.. There is
    simply  not enough  spots... I did my best... Here is the current
