Well the course opens May 11 and we will not start until
the week after... so if they could get a round in that
would be good or they start with a zero when we start
and their first round would set their quota

Another possibility is since the week after May 18 (the Mon
we start) is Memorial day (aka we don't play). We could make
Mon May 18 a practice round and start the league up on Mon Jun 1
