[NEAC GolfLeague] Practice Week 1 Parings

Hello All!

Welcome to the 2022 North End Golf league! The season that actually 
looks like it will happen!

Please welcome Barret Wolber (Jack's son) and Bill Dapkus to the 
league... They are the new team 16. Kirk and Morgan will be teaming up 
as the new team 7.

The format has is the same.
Two practice rounds (Apr 18th and Apr 25). Quotas do not change.
Two flights of 7 weeks playing the quota system:
      1pt for bogey
      2pt for par
      3pt for birdie
      4pt for eagle

with an EOY tournament.

The membership fee is the same, $60 per member,
if paid before the start of the second flight. If paid after
the start of the second flight it is $80, so please pay on time!
