Thanks Steve.  For the enjoyment of the game, I recommend everyone play from the green tees on all 18 holes.  Here’s some comparative data that may help

Passaconaway green tees                         6,017 yards

  *   Slope 120 / Rating 68.7

Nashua Country Club’s white tees        5,927 yards

  *   Slope 120 / Rating 68.9
  *   Note: most members play from the white tees so a good comparison to Passaconaway’s greens

Green Meadow Prairie white tees          5,810 yards

  *   Slope 109 / Rating 66.5

Green Meadow Jungle white tees           6,394 yards

  *   Slope 123 / Rating 70.4

Overlook white tees                                      6,103 yards

  *   Slope 119 / Rating 68.2

Passaconaway WHITE tees                       6,462 yards

  *   Slope 126 / Rating 70.8

It has been suggested by a number of members that we try to make the Par4s on the back a bit more manageable...

So lets try this. On the back 9 par4s, you can tee off the green tees. Of course that is optional... but I hoping it will make things more manageable for the majority
