Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for all the
suggestions that were given, on-list and off. It definitely
made my job much easier of which I am *always* a fan of! ;-)

From what everyone has communicated to me, using Gary's
suggestion that after 5 holes the round is complete, as
they do over at OverLook, is the way to go.

Here is an example of how quotas will be figured for a rained out
round.
If 5 out of 9 holes are finished, that would be 56% of the holes
finished.
Since quotas are based on 9 holes:
A 10 quota would become a 5.6 (10 x 56%). Round that up to a 6.
A 6 quota would become a 3.36. Round that up to a 4.

Bob was kind enough to workout all the possible quotas and they
are on the web site:

I am hoping this will avoid any more controversy with rained out
rounds.

steved.
