Last minute items:
I'm attempting to determine how we can use the deck overlooking the 9th and 18th greens after our rounds tomorrow.  I've been told that the bar is closed for congregating, but that there is wait service.  I have a call into the restaurant and hope to hear back sometime today.
We're using the white tees.  If there is someone in your foursome that should use the yellow tees (379 yards shorter), please use your discretion.  I've attached the scorecard to this email.
Captains - please don't forget to get me the $80 from your team.
I am out of the office today so if there are any questions/issues I likely won't be able to respond until this evening.

We're almost there.  This Saturday is our golf outing.  Here are the details.  Below I've copied an email from Mark Larrabee, the golf pro at Eastman.  Please note the Covid-19 requirements.  I will attempt to find out how this may impact us gathering before and after.
It's a bramble.  Everyone plays there own ball from the best drive.  1 point for a bogey, 2 - par, 3 - birdie, 5 - eagle.
Team captains are in bold.  Captains, please collect $20 from each of your players and give to me prior to my tee time at 9:10.
Dave Christensen - as the first team out can your team place the longest drive and closest to the pin markers.  Mike Root, as the last team out can you pick up the markers, please.
Scorecards - please add up all your points and mark on your cards +/- relative to your total team quota.  We'll only need the one number (I realize for some of you this one requirement may be the most difficult thing you have to do all day!!!!!).  In the event of a tie we'll use the team scoring on the the highest handicap hole(s) until the tie is broken.
Be aware that even if there are no delays the last foursome is going to finish an hour and 20 minutes after the first foursome finishes.  Our league will be first out on the course so there will be no one to slow us down.  Let's play ready golf and try to keep the action moving.

Bob,

1 week away. Be prepared for frost. Restaurant will open at 11:30. $67 per guy is confirmed. If guys can ride together that is helpful.

Not sure if I had sent this to you before. This is important for all the guys.

Here is the info you need Bob.

   - Arrive no more than 30 minutes ahead of tee time.
   - All players/volunteers will be screened as they enter the clubhouse area.
   - A mask must be worn when leaving your automobile, entering the driving range area (not required when hitting balls at the range), in the clubhouse, pro shop area, around the clubhouse area, putting green and to the 1st or 10th tee. Mask can be removed when playing. Place it back on when leaving the 9   th or 18   th greens and moving around the clubhouse. A mask is recommended when riding two golfers to a cart but not required.
   - Please keep your proper social distancing at all times.
   - Gathering after golf is not allowed.
   - Golf carts will be disinfected before and after use.

Also, the screener asks these questions when people arrive and enter the clubhouse area.
